Hot/Cold Therapy Packs

Therapeutic corn packs are an efficient, eco-friendly option for all your aches and pains. They are 100% reusable, made of quality whole corn and 100% cotton material. Therapy packs are microwavable and freezer friendly. 

To heat: Place the pack in the microwave for 1-3 minutes depending on size. Tip: Heat in smaller increments of 30 seconds to avoid overheating. The therapy pack will provide a moist even heat for up to 1 hour. 

To cool: Place the pack in a waterproof Ziplock bag. Place the bag in the freezer. When ready to use, remove the pack from the Ziplock bag and apply it to desired area. The therapy pack can be used up to 30 minutes for cold applications.

Q & A:

Why use corn as a filler?

The density, weight, and size of whole corn provides the unique ability to retain heat for a long period of time. 

Will it pop like popcorn?

No. The therapy packs are filled with whole kernel feed corn. This is a different genotype than the popcorn you may be thinking of. 

What will happen when I first microwave?

The first few times of use, the pack may give off a corn fragrance and feel moist. The dry kernels still contain moisture. With use they will continue to dry and the bag will feel less moist. 

Kid friendly?

Yes! The therapy pack is great for all ages. Decrease the heat time for children, and always make sure to test the temperature before use. 

How to clean?

Do NOT wash the therapy pack. Lightly dab pack with moist soapy towel. Try to avoid getting moisture into the corn itself.
